Are we?
Acker Entertainment was born from a spark—one that started with music, family, and the quiet pull to help others step into something new.
Luke Acker found his way into the entertainment world through music. He’s a two-time ARTS alum and now gigs all over Missouri (where he and Jen reside) and throughout the midwest. His journey has been steady and honest—building connections, learning the industry, and staying grounded in who he is along the way.
Jen Acker was there through it all. As Luke pursued his path, Jen supported him every step of the way. She’s raised four kids who’ve each had their own experiences in the performing arts, and she’s always been the one behind the scenes—coordinating, encouraging, and keeping it all moving. But something shifted when she attended The ARTS with Luke. Sitting in that environment, something clicked. The spark was undeniable. It wasn’t just about watching others—it was about stepping forward herself.
That’s where Acker Entertainment came to life. What started as support turned into a shared mission. Jen and Luke built this agency together as a way to connect with artists and families who are just beginning. Their focus? New, fresh talent. They’re not looking for people who already have representation or are deep in the industry. They’re looking for the ones who feel that little pull—who’ve maybe never done this before, but can’t shake the feeling that there might be something more.
As a mother agency, they scout, guide, coach, and support talent—whether it’s your first audition or your first real step toward something you’ve only dreamed about. Jen is a natural nurturer. It’s just who she is. She has a way of making everyone feel seen, supported, and reminded that they matter.
Together, Jen and Luke are building something that makes room for all kinds of beginnings. They work with singers, dancers, actors, comedians, and models ages 6 and up—and they’d love to meet you.
